You pay for the locations you actively manage—not per user. Every plan includes unlimited users and collaborators, so you can invite your whole team, vendors, and store managers for free. Final pricing tiers are being finalized; join the updates list to be notified.

Yes. Outside crews can be invited as Contributors and only see the work assigned to them. Store managers get a Location portal scoped to their own site, where they can update contact info, see what's scheduled, and file change requests. Neither counts against a seat limit—there isn't one.

Paste from a spreadsheet or upload a CSV, XLS, or XLSX file to add hundreds of locations at once. Match on a unique ID to update existing records in bulk, and include a scenario column to auto-apply task checklists during import.

Access is role-based, every change is logged with a full audit trail, and external collaborators only ever see exactly what they're scoped to. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
